Maintain Your Respect
Although it may be very tempting to roll out of bed and work in your pjs all day, you may be doing more damage than you think. Sure it's fine some days where there's no boss check ins or customer contact, but don't get so used to loungin' you don't know when to switch it up. For example, you shouldn't treat a Zoom meeting at work like it's a casual facetime with a friend.
You want to look capable, confident, and productive. Besides, it's taken you so much time and energy to gain the respect of your boss and coworkers. You don't want to blow it on a bad Skype call or Zoom meeting. Make sure you maintain your respect by taking time to properly groom yourself and get your style together. Even if it's casual, you want to still look put together.
Make Sure You Stay Productive
Let's face it, the reason they hired you was because they knew you were capable, right? Make sure you don't make them think they made a mistake seeing you work from home.
You want to continue to be that capable person they hired in the first place. They shouldn't worry if their project's in good hands at your home.
So, dress for Zoom calls like you would for important meetings at the office. You'll feel more confident and capable which usually leads to performing your job better.
